AKC Height: Ideally, 14" - 16". Color: Red, fawn, white, black or blue, or any of these colors with white. Any shade of brindle or any shade of brindle with white.

Basic Requirements: Staffordshire Bull Terriers need a moderate-sized yard in which to exercise. Early socialization and obedience training is important so that your dog knows his limits and respects your commands. Weekly brushing and occasional bathing will help to control moderate shedding.

Temperament: Staffordshire Terriers are bold, active dogs that enjoy human companionship. Although they are generally good with children if raised with them, they are best with older children.

Health (Health Dictionary click here) Watch for breathing problems, epilepsy, juvenile cataracts, entropian, PHPV, cherry eye.
